Our farm is nestled in between a National forest and an small creek in an abundant valley in the Missouri Ozarks.  When planting herbs, I use permaculture based, no-till methods.  Herbs that are found in the wild here are encouraged.  Typically herbs are harvested between 10 - 30% depending on the herb and how easily it propagates.  No outside fertilizers are used and everything provided for the herbs are from this ground.   We are beyond organic and know that you will see the quality in our products ~ Jamie
