WOO HOO!! Just got news that Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company is going to help us host a PERMACULTURE LOUNGE for the big Spring planting festival in May!!!! Thank you so much Baker Creek!!!

http://www.rareseeds.com/spring-festival-info/

It'll be a nice shady spot sandwiched between permaculture and organically minded booths. There will be staw bales with blankets over them to change babies or just sit and look through books my friends and I will bring on a variety of topics like permaculture, homesteading, natural building etc.

There will be a watering bowl for your dogs too! A place to meet like minded people in the Ozarks. It will be near my booth (Missouri Herbs). I haven't gotten final word yet who all will be near me, but I believe everyone that asked to be near Missouri Herb will be. Will Dobkins of Homestead Iron will probably be on the other side of the lounge.

We'll probably be talking permaculture, biochar or resettling the youth and vets on organic farms - hot topics these days.  Look for the Missouri Herbs, Homestead Iron and Celestial Spring Herbs booths.

If you are vending at Baker Creek and have a book to loan to the lounge, please bring and make sure you name is inside so I can get it back to you.

See you then and please share!!!!

UPDATE:  Doug Brethower (or Biochar Doug) will be there Sunday.  Paul Hetrick (permaculture) will be there either Sun or Monday.  Galen of the Farm Resettlement Congress might be there along with so many more that are coming to help host and share what knowledge they have.
